In compliance with the provisions of Article 135 of Law 6404, 1976, the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for 3 September 2009 was not held at first call as the minimum quorum requirements were not satisfied. Therefore, the company has announced that the second call will be held on 14 September 2009. As until the date of issue of this report the company has not diclosed any change to the agenda items, PIRC's voting advice remains the same.
